Design Development
Our involvement begins at the early stages of the construction process, where we collaborate closely with the development team and designers to assist them on their fixture selections. By employing a blend of conventional and innovative sourcing tactics, our methodology captures and realizes the design vision, delivering a comprehensive package that harmonizes with the owner’s budget and project’s aesthetic goals.
Procurement, Receiving, and Delivery Planning
Upon final approval of the lighting package, we initiate our procurement process, ensuring each fixture is meticulously ordered and delivered to our nearest warehouse. Upon receiving at our warehouse, each product undergoes a comprehensive quality assurance review to guarantee impeccable standards. We securely store the fixtures until they are ready for delivery to site based on the construction schedule. To streamline installation, we kit the fixtures by unit or floor facilitating a smooth and efficient integration process.
Jobsite Delivery
Our Project Manager will oversee the lighting deliveries on-site, ensuring a seamless process. Each product will be organized and labeled by unit or floor as requested by the project team, with clear indications of Type, Location, and Quantity. Additionally, we are committed to providing continuous support, tracking, and updates throughout the duration of the project, guaranteeing transparency and efficiency at every stage.
Project Management
Our holistic project management approach is comprehensive, seamlessly weaving together detailed planning, dynamic execution, and ongoing oversight to ensure smooth progression through each phase. Warranty
We work exclusively with reputable manufacturers known for their experience and reliability, ensuring that every product is supported by strong warranties. Commodity fixtures typically come with a 5-7 year warranty, while decorative fixtures are typically covered for 1 year, providing our clients with confidence and assurance in the quality and longevity of their investments.
